Best you won't list this one This product is obviously not absorbed very well, into one's body. I have a Niacin sensitivity which I noticed once I was taking USANA nutrients. USANA products are manufactured at the Pharmaceutical grade of 20-minute absorption. This product also lists Niacin, and if were effectively absorbed, I would have noticed. August 25, 2008
