Awful I probably won't evn finish this product. Or I will, but very slowly over the next year, only because I paid good money for it and I don't want to throw it out. But honestly, the taste is terrible. I tried it with aloe vera juice, apple juice, water and kool-aid and really, I could hardly choke it down. And I mean choke. It never got really thick, like some fibers do, but it is so gritty and grainy that you have to have a glass of water on hand to rinse your throat between each swallow. As for the end resault, after you have gotten it down, well I did not notice much dfference. Sorry, I think there might a better way to go. I gave it 2 stars because at least the product seemed fresh and clean. Maybe someone else will have better luck with it. July 6, 2009

Best quality Yes, it is best mixed with juice and shaken well but no cramps, no gas. The body just works smooth and well for a change! May 11, 2009

Works Well Works very well, but gently. Taste is very gritty, but it's not as bad as some others. You have to drink it quickly or it will thicken to a gel like consistancy. Try it with prune juice or grape juice to help with the flavor and texture. April 6, 2009
