4. Do I Have to Have a Website to Join?
The Vitacost Affiliate Program is only offered online. This means you must have the means to generate orders online via your own website or some other online medium such as an e-newsletter. We are not able to give credit or commission for orders placed by phone or fax.

5. Can a Website Outside the United States be an Affiliate?
Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world, however, we cannot accept International orders online. Therefore, your site may be developed and hosted outside the United States, however, all online orders are limited to delivery within the continental United States.

6. How Do I Sign Up?

7. If I Operate More Than One Website, Can I Still be an Affiliate?
Yes. As an affiliate you can have multiple sites. However, you will have one account that will include all that sites you have selected to participate in the program. You'll be able to track the progress of each of your sites and will receive one commission check.

8. How Do I Create Links?
Immediately upon acceptance into our program you can start placing links on your site. Go to the Vitacost Affiliate Site interface. You will see an area called "Create Links." Choose from the inventory of available links (e.g. text, storefronts, banners, etc.). It's easy to use. beginners can create links in seconds!

9. How Do You Know That Orders Came From My Site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier supplied in our links and banners. Every time a user clicks through to us via your site, you receive credit when a purchase is made.

10. How do I know how much I've sold and earned?
Through the Vitacost Affiliate Site you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

11. How often do I get paid?
You will receive a check every month provided you have earned more than $25 in commissions.
