"Have tried most of the flavors, Tropical is hands down my favorite. Nice way to take your vitamins - and there's quite a bit of vitamins included. Can't verify any "energy boost" but nothing seems to give me energy, unfortunately. Other favorite flavors - Raspberry, Lemon Lime (tastes like Lifesavers), Orange (Tang), and Black Cherry. I've got a few new ones to try, Pink Lemonade comes to mind..."
