Massage into wet hair, smoothing from roots to ends. Allow to penetrate for 60 seconds. Rinse. For maximum results, use with Neem & Shea Scalp Recovery Shampoo.

Ingredients: Aqueous infusion of Neem** (azadirachta indica), vegetable glycerin, behentrimonium chloride (and) cetearyl alcohol, shea butter* (butyrospermum parkii), neem (azadirachta indica) oil**, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), vegetable emulsifying wax, potassium sorbate, essential oils (rosemary, lavender and tea tree), limonene (from essential oil), citric acid.
