"I was looking for a scrub like some of the serious old Freeman scrubs, with a lot of fruit enzymes and alpha-hydroxy to really exfoliate. This isn't it. It's not as creamy as a lot of other scrubs, but the gel it's in seems to be pretty inert. Not a bad physical exfoliator, although it could have more grit, definitely does not seem to be a chemical exfloliator."

Apply to wet skin. Gently massage with circular motions, apply more as needed. Pay particular attention to elbows and heels. Avoid sensitive body areas. Rinse clean.
