good nutrition shake
It is a very good quality product. It mixed well with water and almond milk. The nutrition content is excellent for anyone wanting a whey protein shake. The sodium to potassium ration is also great for people on a low sodium diet- very important. I've tried both flavors and like both with strawberries, raspberries and bananas.

Not sure it works, but doesn't taste too good even mixed with coffee.

Excellent product
I've been using the All-One Weight Loss formula for several months. I love that it is truly without flavor or smell. I can mix it in my fruit smoothie and not know it's there like other mixes. There is no funny smell or taste like with other products. I like knowing that I"m getting my lots vitamins and all the good minerals that I need.

All One Weight Loss formula
This formula mixes very well, it actually improves the taste and consistancy of my morning fruit smoothie. I put half of in my thermos cup for lunch. The fiber helps reduce my food cravings and I'm seeing results. I'm very impressed with the unflavored version of this product. I didn't care for the choclate though I hope that they might come out with lighter flavor versions like vanilla or peach.
