True to the size Like many people I know, I can't swallow large pills, and many manufacturers put very misleading information on the labels as far as the size is concerned. good for people with chemical sensitivity I you can't tolerate many supplements, Allergy Research might be able to help you. I've tried phosphatidylcholine from Pure Encapsulations too, which is even purer, but this one has better value and I am still able to tolerate it. February 14, 2009

Can't do soy, can do this The product was excellent--no leaking capsules. I tried lecithin, but had a reaction to it. I can take this, however, and it is really helping with my concentration difficulties--I can go to school now! June 15, 2008

Great I use this product to help buffer cortisol during intense weight traing sessions, works great, unfortunately it gave me stomach cramps :( and I had to discontinue. August 10, 2007

good product, but damaged i have something to share here: the product might be excellent, but it came with one of the gels broken inside, therefore all the others are dirty... i don't know whose fault was, but i just want to point it out, in case distributors can do something about it... thanks June 13, 2007
