Stabilium This product was recommended to us by our homeopath. It is very effective in helping stabilize mood and regulate sleep. It is a little expensive because you start out on a high dose (4 times a day) but after two weeks you only take one or two a day and the value becomes much better. December 29, 2008

As a dietary supplement, four caps daily, taken with water, preferably on an empty stomach. For best results continue use for 15 days, thereafter 2 or 3 caps every other or as desired.
