Best weight loss product I ever used! I found the Almased product as I was reading through a free magazine about health and health products. The thing that caught my eye was the claim to speed up ones metabolism. Well, being a women over 50, it has been difficult for me to lose weight & the usual diet plans seemed to be getting harder and harder to stick to. Well, I started the Almased program and in 3 weeks I have lost 12 lbs. The program is easy and best of all w/ the meal replacement shakes you don't get hungry in between meals. In addition to the weight, you lose a lot of inches. So it's shrink to my health! I plan on staying w/ this program until I reach my desired goal. May 17, 2013

Mix 8 tablespoons (50g) of powder with 10-12 oz of cold liquid, such as bottled or filtered water, low-fat or skim milk. Customize your Almased drink by adding your favorite ingredients, for instance, cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, vanilla or almond extract or unsweetened cocoa powder. Prepare in a blender for a smooth and creamy texture. Almased should be made fresh and consumed immediately after mixing. Use as a meal replacement up to 3 times daily or as a wellness drink in addition to your diet.
