Great product It has always been so hard for me to lose weight that I was a little leary of trying Almased. It seemed too easy. Thirty pounds later (3 months) I am completely satisfied. I did not find the program difficult to follow and I'm still on it. I am 59 years old. May 13, 2013

It Works I lost 5 pounds in 1 wk. So it does work. The taste wasn't bad at all. I added hazelnut creamer. The only thing I didn't like about it was that after Day 2 I was very hungry in between. I had a can of V8 splash Low sodium in between to control my hunger but I'd still be hungry. I do recommend it. May 10, 2013

Mix 8 tablespoons (50g) of powder with 10-12 oz of cold liquid, such as bottled or filtered water, low-fat or skim milk. Customize your Almased drink by adding your favorite ingredients, for instance, cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, vanilla or almond extract or unsweetened cocoa powder. Prepare in a blender for a smooth and creamy texture. Almased should be made fresh and consumed immediately after mixing. Use as a meal replacement up to 3 times daily or as a wellness drink in addition to your diet.
