Alpha Helix Voltagen™ Pre-Workout Lemonade Directions

How to Mix: Pour 12 oz of cold water into your favorite shaker bottle, then add in your desired serving size of Voltagen. Close the shaker, mix vigorously for 10-15 seconds, and drink all at once.

How to Use: Take 2 scoops 30-45 minutes before intense physical exertion. For maximum results DRINK ALL AT ONCE - do NOT sip. NOTE: each serving has the equivalent amount of caffeine found in almost FOUR cans of the leading 8.4. oz energy drink (295 mg/serving). Adjust the serving size to your own caffeine tolerance, with care.
