As a dietary supplement, adults - take one stick pack per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Open stick pack carefully
Pour desired amount of crystals slowly on the middle part of your tongue
Close mouth, allow crystals to dissolve and swallow
Repeat until the entire content of the stick pack is consumed
It is not necessary to tip your head back or use water

Warnings
