An excellent tea. I make a weekly concentrate from a blend of teas that I have chosen for thier various health benefits which I then dilute for single servings, mostly as cold tea. When I researched the benefits of Lemongrass tea and they are many, one that I needed was its ability to help insomnia and promote deep sleep. I added it to my mix of teas and consume daily and I have definitly noticed a difference in my sleep patterns. I now sleep much more soundly than I had been for some time. I would recommend this with the proper research being done just as with any herb, supplement, etc..., for example, it has diuretic properties so you do need to make sure you drink enough water. The best way to make a good tasting cup of tea is by the infusion method. Place one tea bag in a cup and add no more than 6 oz of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes and remove the bag. Press the bag before removing to enhance flavor. Add honey to sweeten. This tea is naturally caffeine free.
