I have this every day.
I drink one scoop of this mixed into 8oz. of organic soy milk
each morning for breakfast. If I feel extra hungary I might also eat some almonds. I was found to have type 2 diabetes six moths ago.
I had an A1c of 11. Now my A1c is 5.3. This drink gives me a reliable breakfast that I happen to love. Granted I restrict what I eat
now, ie. the carbs, and this is sort of a treat for me. Oh, I aso have lost over 30lbs eating this.

Tastes like metal
I'm surprised that people like the taste of this, it tastes nothing like chocolate to me, but more like metal. Unfortunate for me, because I like what's in this product. I did get this thinking it was the Amazing Grass Superfood Infusion, which tastes amazing to me (more like chocolate!), but that one doesn't have the added protein like the meal. With this meal, I tried to make it work by putting things in it to make it taste better. It didn't help. I hope I can return this.

Excellent Taste
I love, love, love this product. The taste is super. I like to mix it with berries in my Vitamix for a yummy meal or snack.

Pricey, but good
I use this as an evening snack instead of a big dinner. It's great.

Amazing Grass Chocolate Infusion
I wasn't sure how this would taste since it's not whey protein but I wanted to try something more healthy and nondairy. This fit the bill perfectly. I mix it with almond milk and put a handful of frozen strawberries into the blender with the powder and milk and blend. Yumm, it tastes just like a chocolate shake. It also fills me up because of the fiber content. The only drawback is the price for the amount of servings you receive. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great product.
