I have been adding the Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass Powder to my morning smoothie to make it green. - 1 C. filtered H20 - 1/8 cup frozen blueberries - juice of half a lemon - 1 Tbs. ground flax seed - 2 Tbs. psyllium - 1 scoop protein powder - 1 scoop wheat grass Blend in a MagicBullet - drink right away (or it gets too thick).
