This product is really great, I love it.
I use black seed oil for all my body. I apply it after take a shower, it make my skin smooth. You can also mix with hot water and drink it before go to bed, it can help you sleep. I will continue to use it.

New to it and love it!
Using this product at bed time and my sleep has improved greatly to where I do not wake up as much.

don't like taste
my review is not for the quality or health benefits. I don't like the taste. It's very strong (I also tried other brand and was horrible). The taste and smell lingered for some time. I will try the capsules.
