Makes an awesome tea / drink
It makes a lovely drink - just use like loose tea - it tastes nice and mild at any temperature - when it cools down enough, I add ice and drink it on the run. I have a nervous stomach / pain and this really helps soothe it. I sometimes add a little to my protein smoothie.
