very good tea I find the tea very good tasting, I drink tea straight with no sweetners though I am sure if you wanted to you could add something. I would definately order this product again and I will be in the future. it is a whole leaf tea and you dont need much of the tea to make a cup. You would need a tea ball or something else to put the loose tea in and definately steep for 5 minutes to get the full flavor. I made more than one cup of tea out of the loose leaves. Achiote is a full spectrum botanical tea that can be extracted in heated water. Add one teaspoon of dried herb to 16 ounces of boiling water. Stir in herbs then remove from heat. Allow to steep until fully colored and flavored with the essence of the herb (at least 5 minutes). Strain, sweeten or flavor if desired. Serve warm or allow to cool and store in the refrigerator. Typically 1 to 4 cups of Achiote tea are taken daily.
