Yummy way to get Probiotics I was required after medical treatment to up my intake of probiotics, and yogurt just couldn't do it. The large pills that were recommended were very difficult to swallow. Then I found these chewable tablets which give me all the units I need each day, and taste good as well. My only reason for giving them a 4 rating rather than a 5-star is that you have to store the open jar in the refrigerator, so it's a bit easy to forget them when you take your regular vitamins.
