Does the job... These are inexpensive, easy to take, and effective. I take 2 tabs at bedtime, but the right dose will depend on your own physiology. I've tried Swiss Kriss also, but I found it doesn't work as well for me at the same dosage. By the way, this product has exactly the same formula that Puritan's Pride sells under the generic name 'Herbal Laxative', but it's cheaper here, especially if you get free shipping. March 29, 2013

Great prices and great products Tam is an herbal laxative that I have used for about 30 years. I have stopped at times to determine any long-term additive laxative effect and have found none. I take two every evening and it, along with hot lemon water every AM keeps me very regular. Without it I am a very unhappy camper. March 30, 2010
