It does not taste like you are missing fat or salt. it is satisfying....
This and the lentil items are my favorite amy soups. I do ont care for her split pea a it is thin and lacking. This one is rather good.

I prefer the regular, but this brand's chilis are so good that there's not much difference. A regular choice for me as I love the flavors
