Amy's Organic Hearty Soup Rustic Italian Vegetable -- 14 fl oz
This soup may be eaten as is, right out of the can. But other ingredients may be added for variation if so desired. Try a little apple cider vinegar for tang, minced onion or sauerkraut for a zesty crunch, black beans for protein and fiber, diced bell peppers or minced onion for color. (In each case, I add just a little water.) Stuff your bell peppers and bake them. I could go on, but don’t want to spoil the process of discovery. It’s organic and comes in a BPA-free can. Love it.
