Very Tasty
Very flavorful although not as thick and filling as the Hearty French or Rustic Italian soups. Many vegetable soups taste like plain vegetables in bland broth - this is much better.

the largest piece of vegetable is a green bean - not sure if that qualifies for chunky. oh pls. to my mind, all the organic goodness that may have been there is totally ruined by the extreme saltiness, reminiscent of the red and white label we all know. and i coulda had a few cans of that for the price of this. also by volume i woulda had a little more soup. i would also say about 20% is vegetables and 80% broth/juice.i feel i have wasted my money. big disappointment. addressing the effectiveness, i gave a 3 because it filled the empty hole - heh.

I enjoy this product for how healthy and light it is. Amy's doesn't smother this vegetable soup with unnessary carbs and it is wheat free.
