Amy's Organic Soup Light in Sodium Lentil -- 14.5 fl oz
Unusually Non-Tomato-Acid. Organic.
Hard to find organic lentil soups WITHOUT tomato for when we don't want tomato flavor, acid esophagus, &/or red sink. We add sea salt for flavor/health plus a bit o' apple cider vinegar for tang in otherwise bland lentils & for better legume digestion though lentils easier than beans.
All legume soups can be stretched by adding cans of Organic Lentils or Eden's Organic Blackeyed Peas, and frozen veggies. Tomato lentil soups are good w/ green bean succotash, & this one handles dark greens too. All can be thickened, stretched, & increased in satisfying filling & health with added:
*Oatbran beta glucan/fiber
*Extra Seasonings inc Sea Salt & Onion Powder
*Apple Cider Vinegar for tangier flavor & legume digestion.
Our favorite lentil soup is Amy's Organic Golden Lentil Soup (w/ yellow split pea, shallots, ginger, garlic, light tomato). For Thai we add healthy Coconut Milk & Young Living's Lemongrass essential oil.

Tastes wonderful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it has a little more sodium than I would like but I prefer it to other low sodium lentil soups that have a tomato base.

Favorite canned soup- Amy's Lentil
This is my go to soup for a quick meal. Amy's pea soup is another good one.

This is the only can soup I eat. I am not a fan of can food or additives. This is for when I am too busy to make my own. I would not eat this often. I do add spices and herbs to it.
