Has a lot of Onion in it I never had a minestrone soup that had so much onion in it. The onion overwhelmed the other flavors. For the price, it was not very generous with the ingredients ( other then the afore mentioned onions) I usually like Amy's Organics. I will not buy this soup again. April 10, 2013
