I like this soup...it needs salt and some chili powder or hot sauce, but otherwise it's good...and BPA free!

Its Vegan, Gluten free, low fat low sodium, and I even eat it straight from the can! The easy open lid doesn't require can opener, so its great for on the go working women like myself (or men too). I poor it in a coffee mug and sip it or sometimes I cook it at home and then throw in some Nutiva Hemp seeds for extra nutty flavor and protein! Delicious!

I found this soup very bland. I love most of Amy's soups, but not this one.

My favorite soup
My favorite soup of all time as a child (my friends thought I was crazy) was Split Pea soup but when I became a vegetarian, I could no longer eat the kind I was used to because it had ham in it. Once I found Amy's, I rejoiced because I could finally have my favorite soup again! Even better, this is far more delicious than any I've eaten that contain meat. What is insane is that it is not only vegetarian but also VEGAN! So as I make the transition to veganism, this is an absolute staple in my pantry. I will admit that I am guilty of adding a little bit of fresh cracked black pepper and (occasionally) a bit of sea salt. It is delicious with a side salad or on days you are craving something a bit more rustic and homey, a grilled cheese with vegan pepper jack! Can't say enough good things about this soup and Amy's as a brand.
