Ancient Harvest Gluten Free Shells Directions

Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Optional: add 2 tbsp. oil to water.

Add pasta into the boiling water.

Return to boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 6-9 minutes. Do not overcook. (water will turn yellow from the corn starches , this is normal).

Drain. For cold dishes, rinse and lightly coat with oil. For hot dishes, drain and add your favorite sauce.
