Small, but works! This is a small nasal irrigator, but I do really like it! I ended up with a bad cold, which I think was on it's way to a sinus infection...but I rinsed a couple times a day and it got better!! Good neti pot does the job. Comfortable. Is convenient for Travel (lightweight). I have the ceramic one as well, and actually prefer the ceramic, in that the water seems to flow more smoothly and quicker. But plastic is best for travel! February 18, 2010

Useful for removing dirt, pollen, excess mucous, and other irritants. Soothing and moistening to dried out nasal passages. Traditionally used as a purification exercise for the practice of yoga.

Easy Usage Instructions (see updated usage instructions at www.ancient-secrets.com):

Prepare the saline solution and fill pot.
Tilt your head to the side as shown.
Insert spout of Nasal Cleansing Pot gently into the raised nostril creating a seal between Pot and nostril.
Raise the Nasal Cleansing Pot slowly to develop a steady flow of saline solution through the upper nostril and out the lower nostril.
During the process breathe through your mouth.
Upon completion, exhale firmly several times to clear the nasal passages.
Reverse the tilt of your head and repeat the process on the other side.
