Can't tell the difference between this pasta and regular pasta. It is fantastic! Texture, taste, consistency is excellent.

Tastes like regular pasta!
You boil it longer but it is wonderful with your favorite sauce. I even make baked ziti with it. My friends and family love it and do not notice the difference at all! Growing up in an Italian household and being diagnosed borderline Celiac this brand was one of the best finds ever.

This pasta is the best gluten free on the market
I can not tolerate potato/corn and wheat. I was in the states last year and a friend of mine introduced it to me, I now get it sent to Australia. It's amazing. Its taste is impressive. It's not heavy like other gluten free pastas. Cant fault it at all.

If it's good enough for Bon Appetit...
I bought this because Bon Appetit magazine reviewed many different GF pastas and this one won the competition. It was pretty good, not exactly like whole wheat pasta but pretty good. No corn taste, yes, I know, it has no corn, but there are many GF pastas made of corn, and to me, that's just not what pasta is supposed to taste like, plus the corn stuff always took longer to cook than package directions, or was just plain tough. The rice pasta I've tasted never seemed to measure up either, often slimy, just totally wrong texture. It does expand a huge amount when cooked, not bad, just something to be aware of. While I can't give it five stars, because it's still not "great" it is the best GF pasta I've tasted and I will continue to use Andrean Dream for my pasta needs.

Very good gluten-free alternative!
I was raised on huge amounts of delicious, home-made pasta. I am now gluten and corn free for health reasons. All-rice pasta doesn't have much to offer, nutritionally. 100% buckwheat soba noodles are pricey and much denser. This is the only pasta I have found that is without gluten and corn, and the addition of quinoa makes it a better choice. It is light and he texture is nice, too, closer to a regular pasta. I have used all the shapes with a variety of sauces, and it fills my pasta void nicely! So glad to find it!
