Vegetarian Quinoa Noodle Soup
Quinoa [Chenopodium quinoa wild] has been enjoyed as an important food crop in the Andes for more than 6,000 years. More precious than gold, this powerhouse grain has now been re-discovered by the world market place because of its delicious flavor and high nutritional value.
Our Quinoa Noodles are made with organic Royal Quinoa, which is grown only in the Bolivian Andes, at an altitude of 13,000 feet. Quinoa is delicious and nutritious, rich in high quality proteins, vitamins and minerals, and essential amino acids necessary for optimal nutrition.
Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the contents of the bag. Reduce heat and cook for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Soup is ready to serve.
