Annie Chun's Brown Rice Noodles Maifun -- 8 oz
Nice firm noodle with good flavor
I like this noodle and would buy it again for stir-fry applications. It has a firm texture and good flavor. I like Annie Chun's Pad Thai noodles best though as they cook up a little more tender for soup and Pad Thai.

Not so great
I have used every stir fry noodle out there, but this one did not hold up in cooking. By the time I got to adding to the veggies, it had fallen apart. Not pleased. There are many good varieties out there. We thought we'd try these, but not again..

Brown Rice Noodles Gluten Free & Cheap at Vitacost
I'm seeing a nutritionist who insists that I avoid WHEAT and all Wheat products. I can have quinoa, brown rice and sweet potatoes. So imagine how excited I was to find these yummy, incredible rice noodles! Wonderful for my diet and delicious to boot! The price at Vitacost is cheaper than any store I could possibly find around, so I stock up when I buy these and the Pad Thai noodles of the same brand. Great deal and so incredibly good!
