Great Alternative to White Rice Noodles
We only eat whole grains in my family, so I was thrilled to discover these brown rice noodles for our Asian dishes. The only bummer is that they're mushier than white rice noodles, so they break apart really easily and don't have that great chewy consistency of the regular noodles. Still worth it for the health benefits, though.

Great replacement for regular pasta. It is kind of bland, but I always use some type of sauce on top and use it in stir fry dishes. It may seem pricey, but it's really good for you and overall a great product. My husband even enjoys it, which is saying quite a bit!

Good gluten free taste and texture
I like the taste and good firm texture these noodle have. They are also gluten free.
