I have been searching for a long time to find the right noodle for my version of Phoe Ga (chicken noodle soup). I am gluten sensitive, so couldn't use wheat. I wanted a whole grain noodle that had a nice "tooth" when cooked, but not hard like some rice noodles can be no matter how long you cook them. I also wanted a medium-sized, thin, flat noodle. It all seemed impossible to find, but HERE THEY ARE! Nice tooth, perfect size, and perfect for my soups. I buy 6 boxes at a time!

Easy, fast and delicious
I like Annie Chun's brown rice noodles because they are quick to prepare, and delicious in many dishes that I cook. Even in a veggie based stock the noodles stand up and taste great.

Easy to prepare. Great for pad thai.
Tasty and easy to make and mix in with pad thai sauce or vegetables and chicken.

wonderful gluten free rice alternative. Takes on the flavor of whatever you add to it. I love the consistency, but do not overcook these or they will tend to clump. Also try to eat on the first serving since leftovers may not serve as well.
