Favorite rice noodles
I love these noodles for stir frys, peanut noodles and pad Thai. They stay firmer and less gummy than the white rice version, which I find preferable. I usually boil water in the microwave then add it to the noodles and let them soak 10-15 minutes while I prep the other ingredients. With this method (vs boiling), they wind up perfectly al dente and don't stick together. For low-cal and gluten free diets, these make excellent meals.

They're on my special diet
I'm off of all kinds of wheat so brown rice noodles are very appealing to me! These are lovely, except for the fact that I should have rinsed them with hot water because they stuck together. I made Pad Thai with them. Delish!

Best tasting rice noodles ever!
These noodles are the best flavor and texture of any rice noodles I have ever had. I use them for many types of meals, keep them cooked in the fridge and just add things to them as I want.
