Delicious and Easy!!!
OK, I'm going to tell you how great this is... but I don't want it sold out of stock!!
Saute in a little oil: 1 Large Sweet Onion and 1/2 of a Large Green Cabbage (both cut large, 1 1/2" to 2" pieces), add a few cloves of chopped garlic (if desired). Once tender, add some cut-up already-cooked chicken (like you get at the supermarket) --- add this sauce and saute about 5 to 8 minutes. (Add a little cayenne to the mix if you want it spicy.) Serve over rice. Easy and will totally impress your loved ones!
