Annie Chun's Mission We're dedicated to simplifying Asian cooking with products that contain the highest quality, all-natural ingredients which allow you to re-create your restaurant favorites right at home.

Doing our part to protect the Earth

We believe in the importance of doing business in a sustainable way and being kind to the earth. These bowls are made partially from cornstarch, a renewable resource, in an effort to source sustainably. We also use 100% recycled cardboard for the outer sleeve and eliminated the shrink wrap around the bowl in an effort to minimize unnecessary packaging. We continue to search for even better methods and materials everyday to make sure that we are proactively doing our part to protect the Earth.

Microwave Cooking Directions:

  1. Place noodles in bowl and pour a cup of hot water over the noodles to soften and loosen.
  2. Using lid, drain water from noodles.
  3. Add soup base and toppings to noodles then add 1 to 1¼ cups of water.
  4. Cover loosely with lid and microwave on high for 90 seconds, until noodles are hot. (Caution: Bowl will be hot after microwaving.)

No microwave? Add 1 to 1¼ cups boiling water to soup base, toppings and noodles. Cover with lid and let stand 2 minutes.

Easy ways to create an even more flavorful soup:

  • Add bean sprouts for crunch
  • Mix in diced tofu or chicken for more protein
  • Stir in chopped zucchini and shrimp or tofu for a more filling meal

tasty Very tasty, ready in 3 minutes, but too much sodium for a single serving. This has 50% of your daily allowance. March 9, 2013
Good except gluten The broth and soup was excellent, but I didn't realize when I ordered that the udon noodles are made of wheat and so I just threw the packet of noodles away December 29, 2012
Very tasty How Annie got this to taste so much like real fresh kimchi, I don't know. But after you microwave it with the seasoning and dehydrated kimchi, this stuff comes to LIFE. It's spicy and very very good. December 22, 2012
soup was soso & noodle was too bad. February 16, 2010
The best by far of the packaged soups Annie Chun hit a home run with this Kimchi soup. I live near a Korean neighborhood and always buy it fresh but that is inconvenient for when at work but now finally I have an alternative that is almost as good as homemade! Easy to prepare and I love the packet of dehydrated veggies that come in it. A great tasting soup! August 18, 2009
