My favorite dressing! As you can see from the other reviews, whether a person likes something or not is very much a matter of personal opinion. EarthLovinMom loved it; DaRedHead hated it. My vote is with EarthLovinMom. This dressing is very smooth. It doesn't have a sharp acidic taste, but it's not sweet either, which is my biggest complaint in salad dressings. I think the balance is perfect. It's also a very thick creamy dressing (which is prob. why DaRedHead called it "sludge"). If you want a very thin, acidic dressing you won't like this one, but if you want a milder but delicious dressing that will really enhance your salad, try this one! June 18, 2012

NASTY!!! By far the WORST balsamic vinaigrette I have ever tasted! I eat a lot of salad and balsamic vinaigrette is one of my favorite dressings, but this one was horrible! Seriously... don't waste your money on this sludge! August 1, 2009
