Pancakes for Two
¾ cup water (less for thicker pancakes)
1 cup Arnel's Originals Pancake Mix
Expeller-pressed oil for frying
In medium bowl, whisk together eggs & water
Whisk in pancake mix
Let batter stand 5 minutes while griddle heats
Ladle batter onto hot oiled griddle
Top with maple syrup, agave syrup, or fresh fruit
This recipe makes eight 5-inch pancakes for 2 hungry people
For thicker pancakes or waffles, use 2/3 cup water.
For thin crepes, use 1-¼ cups water.
Add some of the following to batter; mashed banana, walnuts, blueberries, chocolate chips.
Breading vegetables or poultry
Dip food in whipped egg or mayo. Then coat with Mix. Cook in 1/8 inch hot oil until brown and crispy.
