Great Tasting Flour! To be Gluten Free, this flour rocks! You can't tell that it is Gluten Free. I have tried many different Gluten Free flours and this is the best to use to fry chicken, deer meat and make gravy. I love it and the rest of my family who doesn't have to eat it loves it. Wierd Texture I had high hopes for this mix based on reviews. I found it to have a really wierd texture. I tried to make pancakes. They just wouldn't hold a shape so I poured the remaining batter into a baking pan and converted it into a fruit coffee cake thing. My family ate it but none of us really enjoyed it. March 3, 2013
