Easy to bake! I'm wheat / gluten free and it's been hard to find an all purpose baking mix that worked. Since I found Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Baking mix gluten free It's been easy to bake now! Great Tasting Flour! To be Gluten Free, this flour rocks! You can't tell that it is Gluten Free. I have tried many different Gluten Free flours and this is the best to use to fry chicken, deer meat and make gravy. I love it and the rest of my family who doesn't have to eat it loves it. Wierd Texture I had high hopes for this mix based on reviews. I found it to have a really wierd texture. I tried to make pancakes. They just wouldn't hold a shape so I poured the remaining batter into a baking pan and converted it into a fruit coffee cake thing. My family ate it but none of us really enjoyed it. March 3, 2013
