Arrowhead Mills Cake Mix Gluten Free Chocolate Directions

•1 package Arrowhead Mills® Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Mix

•1/2 cup vegetable oil

•1 cup warm water

•3 eggs

Preheat oven to 325F.
In a mixing bowl, combine oil, eggs and water. Add cake mix in 3 stages and whisk after each addition until a smooth batter is achieved.
Pour the batter into greased pans. Tap pans on counter to remove excess air bubbles. Bake for approximately 24 - 28 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before frosting, approximately 20 minutes.
