Arrowhead Mills Organic Adzuki Beans -- 16 oz
Good with rice
The recipe on the bag to cook with rice is great. I use 1/2 brown rice and 1/2 black/wild/whatever. I warm up with soy sauce or top with cheese. Easy-filling and tasty!

good quality and tasty
It takes a long time to cook Adzuki Beans but it it good for health.
I put it in the water overnight and cook it in my slow cooker.
After that I put my soy milk and some sugar in it. It was so tasty.
I would cook the rest until it was very soft and this time put more sugar and mashed it until it was like mash potatoes. Then put it on top of the ice cream.

Love these beans
Adzuki Beans are not easy to find. Love that Vitacost always has them in stock. They cook up nicely after an over-night soak and hold their shape. Have a good texture. I add them to soups, stews and salads just about everyday. Good source of nutrients and fiber.

Adzuki Beans are tasty!
I have never had these beans before but have heard many good things about them, so I decided to give them a try. These tiny beans have a taste and texture much like a black-eye pea, which surprised me as I was thinking that they may be more like a pinto bean. Nevertheless, they were very good and I plan to have these again.

I've never had these beans before. I was surprised how tasty they are. I serve them over "organic" brown rice for a delicious, healthy meal. And, the tiny little beans look cute in a glass jar on my kitchen counter.
