Arrowhead Mills Organic Barley Flour -- 24 oz
I really like this flour as an alternative to wheat flour and it is very light in baking. The price makes it a great value and more accessible because I often have a hard time locating barley flour in my local market.

this flour can be used to replace white flour in any recipe. love the taste and texture. easy to use. friends and family never miss the white flour can't tell a diffenence in taste.
