Very bitter after taste
I've tried this flour several times. When I would bake something it would have a bad after taste that was bitter. I thought that was how buckwheat was kind of like a quinoa taste that you couldnt hide. I tried a different brand and it had no after taste. It was the dark color just like arrowhead mills product. The new brand I can use 100% in a recipe without having to mix other flours with it to hide the bitterness.

makes the best gluten-free pancakes!
Sometimes gluten-free flour just doesn't make for good outcomes . . . especially in pancakes!! This works well in conjunction with almond and coconut flours as substitutes for all-purpose flour to make a great fluffy breakfast pancake.

Like the flavor and texture it gave the soda bread. Used in combination with 4 other breads. Good results.

The product soothe our health needs.
I was always eating wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, and other wheat products. I always had a troubled stomach especially when I'm at bedtime. Then I learned that gluten was the caused of my trouble. So I am using now gluten free products. I used this flour when I made bread last week and it was very good. I don't have any stomach trouble at all. I told my sister in Arizona about this and she will do it too. We are both on a "gluten free" products now. I really recommend this product. It is also very affordable for our health.

Since I try to avoid white and even wheat flour these days, I found this product to be a great substitute to some recipes. It has wonderful flavor.
