Great product! Arrowhead Mills Organic Yellow Corn Grits are delicious and easy to prepare. They cook quickly to a smooth creamy texture. I will buy this product again. January 11, 2013

These grits are excellent for any recipe you choose. They are thick, rich and very tasty especially for breakfast with crisp crumbled bacon stirred into the grits. Our family highly recommends these grits and only wish we could get them in larger packages because we go through a box pretty fast. December 8, 2012

I'm a Fan! Thought I could never eat "grits" again, because of gluten. Not true! This product is excellent! Try it -- you might like it -- as "Mickey" was told, in those so-very-old commercials from the '80's. Don't know "how" they did it, but, these are "the bomb", and I'm extremely happy to have found such a product. July 22, 2012

Organic Gluten Free Yellow Corn Grits	¼ cup	½ cup	1 cup
Water	1 cup	2 cups	4 cups
Salt (optional)	dash	dash	¼ tsp

STOVE TOP:

Bring water to a boil. Add grits and stir.

Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

Heating times per serving:	1	2	4
Use a narrow, tall microwave safe quart container. Microwave on high for	2 minutes Stir well	3 minutes Stir well	Not Recommended
Microwave on high for	2 minutes	2 minutes
Let sit covered for	1-2 minutes	1-2 minutes
