This is a great value. I have started the WheatBelly Diet and this is great because you use alot of flaxseed flour in just about everything. The golden flaxseeds are the best to use because they disappear mostly and have a lighter taste.

Great fresh taste.
I like to grind these fresh in my coffee grinder and add to cereal, oatmeal, baked goods. Excellent value for organic.

Initially I purchased the flax seeds to make flax seed gel but as I did more research I realized the many health benefits and am making strides to incorporate into my everyday diet. I searched and searched but could not find the seeds in any stores so I turned to the internet. The price was amazing so I ordered 2 bags (just in case the popularity increases and the price follows). Gel turned out amazing and the seeds are actually very good. So that's a double win for me!
