great taste I wondered if I could make a healthy cookie with these and they are yummy! No strong flavor. I use the flour, xylitol,stevia,a bit of molasses, cinnamon, organic butter, cloves and salt. Also made tortillas with just flour and salt and water. November 6, 2012
