Excellent flour, just the right grind. Makes delicious bread that is much better for you since the grain was sprouted. It is much easier to digest.

More nutritious than all purpose flour
Sprouted flour is much easier to digest than all-purpose so I was excited to try the Arrowhead Mills brand. I baked biscuits and a date & fig quick bread and it performed perfectly. The texture for both was soft and moist. Highly recommend.

Good Flour for Sourdough Baking
I find this to be good for my baking needs. It is not a "fine" ground flour, but is more course. So far I have used it in making sourdough pizza crusts, muffins, english muffins, and coffee cakes. I haven't used it outside of sourdough baking.

Love this flour!
I love this flour. sprouted flour is easier for my body to digest. It does take awhile to get used to the taste of sprouted flour. but we love it!

Anti white flour
My husband and I have stopped eating processed foods. I like to bake and have found the sprouted flour to be the solution we need to still have a treat every once in a while and not have the "crash" from other flours. This flour is higher in protein and fiber.
