Good Flour for Sourdough Baking
I find this to be good for my baking needs. It is not a "fine" ground flour, but is more course. So far I have used it in making sourdough pizza crusts, muffins, english muffins, and coffee cakes. I haven't used it outside of sourdough baking.

Love this flour!
I love this flour. sprouted flour is easier for my body to digest. It does take awhile to get used to the taste of sprouted flour. but we love it!

Anti white flour
My husband and I have stopped eating processed foods. I like to bake and have found the sprouted flour to be the solution we need to still have a treat every once in a while and not have the "crash" from other flours. This flour is higher in protein and fiber.

Use this along with spelt for homemade pancakes. Very good! Organic sprouted grains are so much easier for your body to digest. Quality product.

I usually use Shilo Farms sprouted whole wheat flour, but thought I would give this a try. It was pretty good, except that Shilo has 6 grams of fiber as opposed to the 4 in this product. I would use this again if I could not get the Shilo, but definitely prefer Shilo.
