More nutritious than all purpose flour Sprouted flour is much easier to digest than all-purpose so I was excited to try the Arrowhead Mills brand. I baked biscuits and a date & fig quick bread and it performed perfectly. The texture for both was soft and moist. Highly recommend. October 25, 2014
Good Flour for Sourdough Baking I find this to be good for my baking needs. It is not a "fine" ground flour, but is more course. So far I have used it in making sourdough pizza crusts, muffins, english muffins, and coffee cakes. I haven't used it outside of sourdough baking. March 25, 2014
