I usually use Shilo Farms sprouted whole wheat flour, but thought I would give this a try. It was pretty good, except that Shilo has 6 grams of fiber as opposed to the 4 in this product. I would use this again if I could not get the Shilo, but definitely prefer Shilo. July 26, 2012
