Great Product If you live at higher altitudes Vital Gluten in your bread machine is an absolute must. 1 tsp per cup of flour for white bread and 1 1/2 tsp per cup of flour for wheat and whole grain breads makes your loaf rise to perfection. Great product would not be without it. April 25, 2012
